Five Mile

THE FIVE MILE is nestled snugly between Upper and Lower Bidwell Park here in Sunny Chico. This swimming hole is super easy to access with Big Chico Creek running through it. Just grab your family, pack some snacks, and get ready for a day filled with barbecue's and good times. Kids get ready to catch some tadpoles and maybe even spot a beaver or two! There are two sides to explore, you can bike, walk, or hike your way to happiness. On the South side of the Five Mile is restrooms and picnic areas.
